We are excited to announce the opening of a second location of Systemgolf at Poppy Ridge Golf Course in Livermore. Systemgolf will be the exclusive provider of premier golf instruction programs at Poppy Ridge beginning December 1, 2008. Utilizing the incredible practice facilities at Poppy Ridge, we hope to create an all-encompassing instruction program to include private and group lessons, corporate seminars and golf schools, tournament coaching, women's and junior development programs and grow the game initiatives.
Instructors at both The Bridges and Poppy Ridge will teach under the same philosophy and format. This method not only creates unity with our instructors, but it also offers consistency for our customers. The practice facilities at Poppy Ridge are considered one of the best in the Bay Area. It offers an all grass tee area with additional private instruction areas at the back of the range. There are also several putting greens, chipping greens and a practice bunkers with outstanding options for short game instruction. Through the winter months Systemgolf will provide one full-time instructor and one part-time instructor. Come spring, it is our plan to have at least two full-time instructors at Poppy Ridge.
LPGA professional Christie Quinn will join the Systemgolf team at Poppy Ridge. Christie is an LPGA Professional and an Apprentice in the PGA Golf Professional Training Program. Christie has been teaching at Poppy Ridge the last year. You will soon find her rates and instruction offerings on our website at www.systemgolf.com.
Joey Pickavance will be teaching at Poppy Ridge on a part-time basis; and will also continue to offer instruction at The Bridges Golf Club. He plans to be at Poppy Ridge giving instruction every Wednesday and every Saturday for the next several months.
Lessons at Poppy Ridge Golf Course and The Bridges Golf Club may be booked online for any of our instructors at www.systemgolf.com. When booking your lesson you will have an option to book by location and by instructor. We look forward to seeing you on the lesson tee. Happy Holidays!
